Fulfillment Unfortunately stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 4 to 6 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping. Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns for goods for a refund or replacement.
