No Hassle Returns

We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with Bragan.net is completely risk free. If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unopened, unused, hasn't been fitted, and all original packing is present, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact is at [email protected] before you return your goods, and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible. You must inform us of intent to return within 7 working days of receipt of your order

Making A Return

Please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we'll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.

 To ensure a full refund, the item(s) to be returned must be unopened, unused, have not been fitted, and all original packing is present with all materials, manuals and accessories intact 

Sending A Return

To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, have not been fitted, and all original packing is present with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) ensure they are sufficiently protected, please ensure your returns form is placed in the parcel

 To guarantee delivery, we'd recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the postal system 

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer.

 

Refund and Reimbursement

Once we receive your item, we'll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we'll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements. Shipping costs will be refunded if the reason for a return is no fault of the customer

Can I drop off a return?

Due to Covid19, returns cannot be dropped off and must be sent via post or package carrier.
