  1. In-store collection

    We have a closed warehouse and operate online only. We do not have a shop or collection facility. We dispatch goods from our warehouse with reliable carriers, and all items have free shipping to the Mainland UK and Ireland.

  2. Courier information

    Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (allow 1-2 days for the email to arrive). If you haven't received it, check your spam folder.

    Use the tracking number on the following website depending on the courier that delivered your order:

    Allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to appear online.

    We may occasionally use other couriers. Your dispatch email will contain all delivery information, including the courier's contact details.

    If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us through the "Contact Us" section.

  3. Where is my order / when is my delivery due?

    If your item tracking information shows delivered, please double-check at the side/rear of your premises and with a neighbour before proceeding. Otherwise, please note the following points.

    Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and appear trackable

    Once shipped:

    • UK & Ireland: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
    • International: Delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on your region.

    DO NOT CONTACT THE COURIER INSIDE DELIVERY TIME FRAMES, AS THEY WILL NOT RESPOND.

    If you need to reschedule your delivery or have questions about delays, contact the courier directly based on your location:

  4. Where do we ship from?

    Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown in the eBay advert. The delivery time in the UK / Ireland region is normally 2-4 working days, depending on the region, and international orders are 5-7 working days, depending on the region. Tracking details will be emailed after purchase (please check spam folder)

    We do not offer an express shipping option.

  5. Customs / taxes information

    No additional Taxes or fees will be applicable for EU or UK customers

    Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in Ireland/Northern Ireland using reliable carriers. We offer free shipping to the mainland U.K. and Ireland.

    • Brexit and relevant customs charges do not affect us. Due to our location, there are no additional fees or paperwork for EU and UK orders.

    Outside the EU and UK: You might pay taxes depending on your country. Check online or at your local customs office.
