When do I receive my refund?
If you follow the following conditions, you are entitled to return a product and receive a refund or exchange.
We have been notified of your intention to return a product within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods, using the “Contact Us” page and fulfilling the requirements (obtaining a returns number and filling the relevant form to include in the return package)
We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt.
The returned item is unused, in its original condition, enabling us to sell the product as new.
You will NOT be entitled to return a product and receive a refund or exchange if:
- The product has been installed on a vehicle (unless it is faulty)
- The product that has been painted.
- The product has been customised to your requirements.
- The product has been made to order.
- The product has become damaged on the return journey.
- Gift Cards
Return Shippingv: Generally, you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise specified). Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
Return Processing: Our warehouse team will inspect your returned item before issuing a refund. Please allow time for processing.
Custom & Pre-Wired Orders are not eligible to be returned or refunded.
Please note: We charge a restocking fee of 10% (minimum charge is £10.00) of the net invoice amount for returns.
