  1. Becoming a partner

    If You are in the motor industry, we can offer you access to a trade account. From there, you can view your trade prices and conditions.

    Trade accounts are subject to minimum quantity orders in a given year; credit can only be offered after 6-12 months of trading.

  2. Becoming a supplier

    Thank you for sharing your product information with us; we do get a large volume of suppliers contacting us, so we will keep your details on file and be in touch if we think your product is a good fit for us.

  5. Will this item fit my vehicle?

    This product fits vehicles within the generation years mentioned in the title and description. Here's how to confirm your vehicle's compatibility against the listing:

    • Dimensions Provided: Listing descriptions often include product dimensions. If unsure about your model version, compare these dimensions to your vehicle (e.g., van side panel length for running boards).
    • Check Your Logbook: Your vehicle's logbook will have your make, model, and generation information.
    • Contact Your Dealer: Call your local dealer and provide your vehicle registration for confirmation.
    • Free Online Tools: Several free online tools allow you to enter your registration and receive your vehicle details.
    • Visual Comparison: Use Google Images to search for your vehicle's make and year. Compare the images to your vehicle to confirm the model generation. A “Wiki Search” may also be useful.

    Important Notes:

    • Crossover Years: If your vehicle is the starting year listed (e.g., 2016 in a 2016-2024 listing), ensure it's the newer model (2017 in this case).
    • Review Description & Pictures: Double-check the product description and pictures to ensure compatibility with your specific vehicle model.

    By following these steps, you can be confident that the chosen item will fit your vehicle perfectly.

    All our items are supplied with the necessary components and brackets to enable fitment; a fitting guide will also be sent by email. Unless otherwise stated, items are normally sold in pairs (x2 pieces) or as a set.

    You should satisfy yourself that the advertised item details, both in the description text and in the pictures referenced, will suit your needs.

    All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate in the country of shipping to. A VAT receipt will be sent on dispatch of order.

    The best prices are currently shown on the listing.

    We can offer a 5-10% refund in return for useable promotional pictures (they should be at a nice angle, brighter shots, and higher resolution with a minimum dimension of 1280 x 960 pixels, a positive product review on the sales channel, and a positive trust pilot review.

  8. Will I be able to fit the item myself?

    We Our items are generally easy to fit, but please consider the following points.

    Installation

    • Mechanical Knowledge:Fitting these items usually requires good basic mechanical knowledge.
    • Instructions: Necessary fitting instructions detailing the installation process will be emailed upon order dispatch (1/2 days). Please check your spam folder if not received; items that are self-explanatory and may not have a fitting guide as it is not deemed necessary.
    • Second Opinion:If you're unsure when fitting a product, consult a qualified mechanic or friend with good DIY skills for a second opinion. You tube and the internet can be your friend when fitting also. 

    Important Information

    • Fitting Brackets: Most products include all necessary fitting brackets and components for installation. Exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description.
    • Sold as Sets: Our products are typically sold as complete sets, usually in pairs (x2) or threes (indicated in the listing).
    • Label on Parcel: Many items we offer cross-fit onto several vehicles and vehicle generations; the label can indicate another model/version, but the item will still be applicable for your vehicle.

    Double-Check Compatibility

    • Before buying, carefully check the productlisting description and measurementsagainst your vehicle's dimensions using your vehicle logbook. This ensures a proper fit.
  9. Warranty Information
    • Stainless Steel items carry a lifetime warranty.
    • Lamps and lighting items have warranties that vary between one and three years. Please review the item description and details to determine the warranty period.
    • In general, other items carry a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise.

     

    Please take a look at the following warranty conditions.

    • Items must be fitted by a mechanic or a fitter (Auto electrician for lights and safety equipment) for insurance and warranty reasons.
    • Items must not have been abused or used in duress, leading to a fault.
    • Items must be used under normal conditions (weather, applied weight, etc) Items subject to overuse or extreme conditions may not be covered by warranty.
    • Items must have been fitted according to relevant best practices, including information on the fitting guide (retighten after 3 weeks, for example).

    FAQ - Compatibility: Check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section under the "Sales" dropdown for answers to "Will this item fit my vehicle?"

    Contact Us: If you're still unsure, please reply to this email and provide details about what you need. If possible, attaching a picture of the item or your vehicle model to further expedite the process.
